I am not going to be fit and trim and tiny for Summer. And you know what? Im ok with that. Its just another time of year and as long as Im working on myself I’m ok. Don’t let a season make you disappointed in yourself. Summer is the perfect time to get outdoors and sweat it out and do some fun healthy activities. You don’t need to be perfect OR at your goal to enjoy it.

Exercise - so many benefits!
ITS MY BIRTHDAY :D Plus updates…

So today I turn 20, no longer a teenager. Can’t believe the day has finally come.. I’m kinda sad about it to be honest. My teenage years weren’t that great though to be honest and I’m hoping that in the next few years I can finally be happy and I can find myself. I want to be the happiest and healthiest person I can be :)

I haven’t exercised in almost a week now and my eating has gone back gone hill due to no money for much other than the basics. Also started training for a new job and sometimes it requires me to be up at 5am. (Even woke up at 4:30am today) and I’m trying to work out how to now fit my exercise routine around that. The job requires ALOT of walking which is good but I want to carry on my normal exercise routine too. I know I’ve gained a few pounds back over the last month too but I will definitely not have these extra pounds for much longer! 

On my 21st birthday I hope I can look back and be proud of how far I’ve come. Thats all I want really and I’m sure I can do it with the help of this lovely tumblr.
