Breakfast! 2 slices of toast with overnight oats (Only ate half the oats though)
I made overnight oats for the first time. Wasn’t sure I’d like it but it was actually good :) 
Just used lemon and ginger flavoured yogurt, oats and then threw in a few blueberries in the morning.
Today I made a lovely omelette for the first time using with 6 eggs, spinach, tomatoes, onions and some cheese. Came out lovely and it will last for 3 - 4 days for my breakfast woo!
Rocket Leaves, Chicken, Pasta, Tomatoes, Peas, Peppers and Salsa with a few drops of lemon juiceMade a bit too much food for lunch whoops.
Decided to eat some dessert after dinner: yogurt with kiwi and blueberries with a sprinkling of half a shortbread biscuit
For my lunch today I ate a salad of mixed beans, feta cheese, sweetcorn, tomatoes and Rocket leaves. Also did a bit of curried scrambled tofu with onions and peppers (:
Went to the store and brought a few things today:
Kiwis
Mangos
Blueberries
Lychees (Such a nice fruit)
Natural Yogurt
2 packs of tofu
A tin of chickpeas
And feta cheese
Needed more fruit in the house and since I had money on a gift card thought I’d spend it on a couple of things I don’t get to eat as much (:
Noodles mixed with peas, spinach, tomatoes and orange peppers with strawberry yogurt drink I made.
I think I eat too many noodles…

Had a bagel and scrambled eggs with peppers and onion for breakfast with a nice yogurt and frozen strawberries drink. The bagel isn’t really the greatest thing to eat but I haven’t had one for ages so I saw it as a nice treat (:

I had literally none of the usual breakfast food in the house a couple of days ago so this is what I ate instead. Couscous with tuna and onions. Also made a nice frozen strawberry and banana drink with yogurt
Dinner! Roasted butternut Squash, Stir fry and Coley fish
Haven’t taken a picture of my food for a while so here’s my lunch. Noodles with tuna and sundried tomatoes. Wanted to add more veg but we’re lacking in it atm.
